QUESTIONS ABOUT CHANGING YOUR ORDER:

I ordered the wrong size, can I still change this?

Yes you can but you need to be quick, within 1 to 2 hours of placing your order. Once your order is being printed or made unfortunately we cannot change it anymore. So if you need a change of size or color contact our support team ASAP CLICK HERE Please remember to include your order number.

I used the wrong address, can I still change this?

As long as your item has not shipped yet we can still change this for you. Please email the correct address and your order number to us CLICK HERE and we will take care of it for you.

Once the order has shipped (you will receive tracking information by email when shipped) it is out of our hands. If that is the case you will need to contact the carrier who is delivering your items.

If an order is not deliverable or returned to us by the shipping carrier because they were not able to deliver to the address, the address was wrong or it was refused we can not ship the order to you again unless we receive the correct ship to address and payment to ship again.

I changed my mind, can I still cancel my order?

As long as your items are not in production or haven't shipped yet you can still cancel your order. When your item is 'in production' we cannot cancel it anymore since it is already being made just for you. To cancel your order, email us CLICK HERE Please title your email "Cancel order (your order number)" and we will take care of it for you.

QUESTIONS ABOUT SHIPPING & PRODUCTION

Where does Love The Breed ship from?

We ship most of our products from our offices in Connecticut, however our custom made and Print On Demand products are made by and ship from those specific partner vendors in other states. Every product ships from within the continental U.S. nothing ships from outside the USA.

Where does Love The Breed ship to?

We ship only within the USA however we can make exceptions so please contact us CLICK HERE to find out if we can ship to you in your country and what the shipping costs are. We do not quote or collect customs fees, those are specific to each country and carrier, that is your responsibility to deal with.

How long will it take for my item to be delivered?

For products that are in stock we generally fulfill within 1 to 3 business days however due to COVID safety and restrictions sometimes fulfilment may take longer.

Please be aware that due to COVID all shipping carriers are experiencing delays so please be patient. The only guaranteed shipping service we offer is USPS EXPRESS SHIPPING which takes 1 to 2 business days after the order is fulfilled and the USPS has accepted the package. Custom made (personalized) and Print On Demand products do not ship Priority or Express they only ship First Class and can take up to 12 business days if there are no additional holiday, weather or COVID related delays.

Production Times:

With our custom (personalized) and Print On Demand items, everything is hand made just for you (fabricating, printing, cutting and sewing). It takes us about 5-12 business days to create your item.

Under normal circumstances most of our orders are shipped within 5 business days.
